I know that it doesn't seem as though I stay with the menu very much - but I was really doing a pretty good job until I started working. I'll get it back together - this just shows that everyone has trouble occasionally. You just have to take it one step at a time and, if something happens and you don't fix what you had planned, just get back "with the program" as soon as you can. Remember - stuff happens - that's life. Don't sweat the small stuff.
That said - what is the plan for this week - I think it just might be something I can stick with.

Wednesday, May 9 - Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread
Thursday, May 10 - Not sure
(it's my birthday - so we might go out or Mountain Man might cook)
Friday, May 11 - Movie Night, Pizza
Saturday, May 12 - Chef's Choice
Sunday, May 13 - Mother's Day - Grilled Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Tossed Salad
Next week has a few special things happening - my birthday on Thursday and then Mother's Day on Sunday. We might eat at home on Thursday night then eat out in Sebring on Saturday night for my birthday dinner. Then Sunday we
might will have everyone over to the house (meaning the kids and my mom) and just grill out - something simple and easy. I think that will probably be the plan.
