So much has changed in the last ten years. My children have no idea what it was like to fly before 9/11 - when you could just walk out to the plane and people could sit with you at your gate until your plane loaded. You didn't have to have your "stuff" in a little plastic bag or have to plan what shoes to wear so they are easy to get on and off to go through security. These are just some of the changes that come with flying - that doesn't take into account all the other things that are not as obvious. I guess this is the price we have to pay to stay "safe".Carol https://www.blogger.com/profile/17128634602955515555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6070594626831628500.post-8593611964639278452011-09-12T12:45:51.841-04:002011-09-12T12:45:51.841-04:00I had just moved to Texas 3 weeks before and was s...I had just moved to Texas 3 weeks before and was still unpacking. The landscaper was there to clear the wooded area of our lot of underbrush, etc. The fellows kept coming to my window to look at the TV. Ted brought a man and lady home to stay because they could not fly out nor get a hotel room.Ted and Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00374745379560445042noreply@blogger.com
